Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama on television Awkward in 2011. Tarlov, the youngest of two girls was born and raised within Manhattan, New York. Her career began in the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by the seventh graders. As she got older she spent her summers at Interlochen Center for the Arts as well as in Paris working with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College gave her training on various forms of acting. She also studied at The Atlantic Theater Company and she was able to integrate the writing aspect of her act at the LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly traded in her black winter coat for a pair of black sunglasses and headed out into Los Angeles. The parents of her were extremely impressed when she landed a role that required just three words on iCarly. In the years since Molly has made a variety of television appearances. Her most recent was the development of Caitlin's part on Winnie Woodman, as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a professional basketball player who is convinced she's better than she really is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
